Our Dismantling process
We take in new vehicles each week. We inventory, dismantle, and then add to them to the homepage. If you are looking for quality used truck parts we have them. Need quality used auto parts we have them.
First we check for recalls on the vehicle parts using the VIN. If any part comes back with a recall on it, we remove that part and dispose of it according to statutes of the state.
Damaged auto parts are removed and recycled.
Then we test the rest of the parts to make sure they are in good working condition
- Motors have a compression test done once they have run to working temperature
- Transmissions are either road-tested or hoist tested
- All parts from alternators to window regulators are tested on the vehicle and then bench tested also:
- Wheels are put on the balancer and tested after they are taken from the auto
- All suspension and drivetrain components/parts are inspected for extreme or uncommon wear.
- Oils or solutions are emptied and kept for proper disposal
- Coolant for A/C is recovered and recycled along with mercury switches.
